I know that I am supposed to be a mom. And please dont get me wrong , I LOVE being a mom and wouldnt change it for the world. My kids are my life and I dont know what I would do with out them. I've been thinkin a lot lately about doing something to make some extra money. Something I could (preferably) do from home, if not then somewhere I can bring my kids along, that doesnt include working in a daycare type setting. I just dont know what it could be. I really enjoy making the burp rags and dipaer cakes, I just dont have any takers on them. So, that idea is out the window. I've thought about making jewelry and selling it, but then I come to how to sell it, when and what not(same as the diaper cakes and burp rags. )Anyone know of anything that I could do to bring in some extra money? I'm always up to suggestions. please let me know if you have any ideas.

You could do the billing for Doctors offices. I know 2 moms that do that from home and that have done it for years. They love it. I don't know exactly how to get started though.
Its all about networking, and creating a website. Go online and research like crazy crazy other people in your field, look at their website, check out ebay, see what is selling, for how much and where.
Find related website and ask to be a link on their page.
Start advertising anywhere and everywhere that is free to start with if you don't have money to invest.
There are SO many mommies in AZ, I can see your sales taking off evenutually.

I have my website and it's fun. We advertise through google and it does great. All of our orders are out of state. Every once in a while we will get an order from here in Utah. (It's www.mybabychicks.com btw) I also teach musical theater and I take my kids with me. I do voice and soccer lessons and that brings in some. It's basically for my spending and I love that. Find something you're good at (like teaching a fitness class or something) and then you will love doing it and get some $$$$ while you're at it. I only have 3 students and they pay monthly.
I am in the same boat, I love being at home and don't want to work full time but between paying for preschool and sports (to keep them active and from driving me crazy) and all that extra dumb things I need to make money and I have been thinking of what to do, but I hear that you and Mia like to work out and my friend told me aerobics instructors make $25/hour at gyms and you can take your kids to the daycare for free and get a workout, you can do like 3 hours a day, BAM $75/day, $375/week...I wish I wasn't so shy so I could do it.
