So, I was a cool nerd and went to the Breaking Dawn Release Party last night. ( I have pics, but not at the moment) I totally did my makeup, vampireish. I was the only one with "vampire" makeup. And I know that the characters do not wear gothic like makeup but I wanted to show my support for vampires all around. We all (by we, I mean, Becca, Candace and Cheryl and I ) all wore our " Give Blood, Date a Cullen" with "Be Safe" on the back, shirts. They are so cute. (I'l post pics later) So they had trivia questions and the top three winners were to be the first three people in line to recieve their books. Becca ended up getting second place, so she bought all our books for us so that we didnt have to wait in line( i think we would have been number 149 ish) to recieve our books. ( So we would have been there for a while had she not gotten second place) We were out of there by 12:10 and home by 12:15(not even kidding) I stayed awake till about 2:30 reading. ( I could have stayed up longer, but knew I had to wake up in a few hours with the boys) I want to read it as fast as I can, but at the same time, I want to prolong it, so I am just going to read at night and at "quiet time" . All in all, it was a fun night and I'm glad I went and now I am counting down the days till the movie comes out. I will also be at the midnight showing of the movie.
I'll post pics in a little while. The pics are in my purse and I do not feel like getting up to get it at the moment.

Cute!! I want a shirt did you make them? I also want to go to the midnight showing that will be so fun, maybe we should go out to dinner before hand too. Fun times!

oh i was so close to going and then decided i am too lame and tired so i stayed home. i was wondering if you had read it yet?? i feel the same way, i want to read it all so quickly but know that when it is over, it is over... and that is sad. i will definitely be at the midnight showing too!! i may have to call you for that one!
How fun! A friend of mine just told me she was at WalMart late last night & got a book too! What a crack up that you wore your vampire makeup & your t-shirts...can't wait to see the pics!
