M I A/ Coltin's 5th Birthday

So I have TOTALLY been M I A for the past month. I havent meant to be, Im guna try and get better at posting on here when something happens.

Today is my Coltin's 5th Birthday Seriously? Is he really 5 years old? I cannot believe it. He is seriously the sweetest little big boy you will ever meet. I just love him so much. Today is going to be all about him. He wanted dunkin doughnuts for breakfast, so thats what we got. And he wants to go to McDonalds for lunch, so we will and Bo is taking him to the Diamondbacks game this evening for his birthday as well. (tradition- 3 years and counting)

5 things that I love most about Coltin...

1. He is such a great helper

2. he's very imaginative/creative

3. He's such a handsome little man

4. he loves to be goofy

5. he is a super great big brother...( for the past week or so, Conner has not been feeling well. Fever, loss of appetite) and yesterday afternoon Conner was just really clingy to me. So he was sitting on my lap and Coltin came up and gave Conner his froggy pillow(conner didnt want it) then Coltin let Conner hold HIS puppy(whom no one is allowed to hold) but unfortunatley Conner didnt want that either, then he gave him his sippy cup. He did want that. I told Coltin that is was so very nice of him to do all that for Conner. And he replied in a sad little voice, "I just don't know what else I can do for him" It was the cutest and sweetest and sadest thing he has ever said. He surely does love Conner. Even though they argue and fight all the time.

Summer vacation has kinda been a drag so far this year. We are finally starting to get and stay hot outside(More than 100 degrees) it's been overcast and cool(er) the past month( I am in NO WAY complaining about that, I HATE the heat) so we havent done too much swimming. Although the boys did start their first swimming lessons this week and they both did really well. I really think that Coltin will definatley get the hang of it soon. He's so ready.
