ok,, so ive done some more research and I am leaning more towards "ringworm" I think it looks more like ringworm than bedbugs. which is a relief. still not 100% though.
Some homes try to hide the fact That children shelter there. Ours boasts of it quite openly, The signs are everywhere. For smears are on the windows, Little smudges on the door; I should apologize I guess, For the toys strewn on the floor. But I sat down with the children: We played and laughed and read. we thought lars had ring worm and it was just a fungus rash so who knows anymore :p take more vitamin c

That's too bad. I had ring worm when I was about 6, so not fun!
