bed bugs?

So Coltin woke up yesterday and kept complaining that his foot hurt. So I took a look at his foot and it was all red at the top area of his foot (on the bottom) he is still complaining today that it hurts him still (it hasnt gotten worse or better) he had a low grade fever yesterday and then this morning woke up at 4:45 and wanted a drink so i got up and got him one and he was burning up, so I gave him some motrin and he fell back asleep till almost 9. But when he woke up he kept saying that he hurt and he doesnt feel good. He said his foot and his tummy were hurting him. So I was holding him and noticed what appears to be some kind of bite mark on his arm, I wondered if he could do it but it's in sucha place that he could not have done that to himself. It wasnt there yesterday, doesnt hurt him or itch. But odd. (to me) I'm just waiting and watching to see if both his foot and his arm getting any worse or if he has any other symptoms besides fever and his tummy hurting. I've done a little research this morning and the "bite mark" on his arm could quite possibly be a bed bug bite. I dont know. Some of the pics ive seen of bed bug bites look like the bite on his arm without the insicion in the middle. Here are some pics Ive taken of Coltin's foot and bite.
