You spin me right round....

Or something like that. I think those are the words of that song. I've been going to the gym a lot and been LOVING the bikes. They are my new workout buddy. I try to do 60 min. and i bring my ipod and blast some serious music to keep me motivated. So, since I've been doing it for 2 weeks now, I decided to do a spin class (thanks Jessica) to see what it was like. It was INSANE! In a good way. There was not a single dry crevice on my entire body/clothes/hair when the class was finished. I probably burned close to 1000 calories. I can usually burn almost 500 when I do the bike by myself, but it was so much worse/better in class,that im sure ive burned that many. Needless to say, I'll be going back. They offer it every day, but I think i will stick to the 2 days/week for now.
Anyone know how to lose 10 lbs? Between Thanksgiving and Christmas I gained(gulp) 10 lbs. I've never been at this weight not pregnant and it's scary, cuz it's not coming off. it's been a month now. I cant seem to lose it. I do cardio, i lift, i stretch. i eat healthy (95% of the time) what else can I do? Im desperate.

spinning is a crazy workout! good for you for your diligence in exercising! about the 10 lbs...that's a bit tougher when you feel like you are already doing all the things you should. maybe it's time to (gulp, dare i say it?) give up soda. just a thought.

and btw, i cannot imagine you looking like you need to lose any weight because you are such a tiny person. you are probably really just normal size now.

I love spinning! It's the best work out. You are tiny. Don't worry about it and it will come off!

spin is amazing. One of the best workouts ever. Keep it up and i'm sure it will come off. I hear you though...the older you get and the more kids you have the harder it gets!

wanna go to spin with me in the morning? hehe Im totally addicted I loved that class so much!!! You can lose the weight CJ. I know you can do it, you are a determined girl and you can do whatever you put your mind to. You have been working out so much I bet you have converted a lot of blubber into muscle. That could be why the scale isnt moving. I think you look great the way you are. Lets go to spin alllllll the time and we will get HOTTER together!!! You are welcome to do InSaNiTy with me.
