I was excited to make a practice wedding cake for my friend Hillarie who is getting married this friday. I was so glad I practiced too. she only wants the top layer to be cake. I am also making a bunch of cheesecakes adn sheetcakes. She originally wanted rice krispys to be the base two layers of the cake. adn so i made it with rice krispy treats and thought it would be fine once i put the fondant on. but boy was i wrong. So i had her come look adn we decided that I will just use styrofoam for the base two layers on her real wedding cake. It willmake it so much smoother. But here is a brief look at what she wants. i thought (other than the bumpyness, ) it is adorable. oh ya. the top layer is also going to be a little taller. I will add one more cake to the top. hehe
